The Privacy Policy below governs your Time Keeper account and any information you provide on the Time Keeper site.

This policy covers how Time Keeper treats personal information that is collected and received, including information related to your past use of Time Keeper products and services. Personal information is information that is personally identifiable like your name, mailing and/or physical address, email address, or phone number, that may or may not be publicly available.

At Time Keeper, we have taken several steps to ensure that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. One of those steps is telling you what information we collect, and how we collect it.

By accepting the Privacy Policy in your Time Keeper registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

REQUIRED INFORMATION

To open a Time Keeper account, you must provide your

  • nick name;
  • E-mail address

This required information is necessary for us to issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account. Your e-mail address is used to verify your identity next time you come to our site.

If you are purchasing a service, we will collect

  • shipping address , name of customers ordered our products;
  • information related to each purchase

Time Keeper uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services and contact you to conduct or otherwise complete a transaction.

USE OF COOKIES

"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you as a Time Keeper user if you return to the Time Keeper site using the same computer and browser. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web Server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to your Time Keeper account by entering your e-mail address and password. These cookies allow us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. If you reject cookies by changing your browser settings then be aware that this may disable some of the functionality on our Website.

Our Use and Disclosure of Information

INTERNAL USES

We use the information we collect about you in order 1) to provide our services and process your transactions, 2) to provide customer service, 3) to determine your eligibility to receive offers for special features or products, and 4) to improve our products and services.

We give access to individually identifiable information about our users only to those employees who require it to fulfill customer service requests.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Time Keeper does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission.

Time Keeper will not disclose your personal information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Time Keeper; (3) enforce the Time Keeper Terms and Conditions, or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others.

Time Keeper reserves the right to cooperate with local, state and federal officials in any investigation relating to any purported illegal activity(ies) and, when required by law, regulation, legal process or government requests, to disclose any personal information collected by Time Keeper to law enforcement authorities or other relevant or related third parties.

We disclose information to your agent or legal representative (such as the holder of a power of attorney that you grant, or a guardian appointed for you).

As with any other business, it is possible that Time Keeper in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company. In this event, Time Keeper will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We share your information with our parent, subsidiaries and joint ventures to help coordinate the services we provide to you, enforce our terms and conditions, and promote trust and safety.

Information Security

Time Keeper restricts access to personal information about you to employees and/or shipping/courier companies who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your personal information. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

The Time Keeper uses PayPal for all transactions requiring payments so you can securely shop and not have to share your financial information with Time Keeper.

The security of your Time Keeper account also relies on your protection of your Time Keeper password. You may not share your Time Keeper password with anyone. Choose a password that someone you know cannot easily guess (do not use friend or relative's name, other names related to you, or simple words out of a dictionary.) Change your password immediately if you suspect someone has been accessing your account or profile without your permission.

Customer Service Correspondence

We communicate with users on a regular basis via e-mail and by phone to provide requested services. We use your e-mail address to confirm your opening of a Time Keeper account, to send you certain communications relating to Time Keeper services, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your transaction with Time Keeper,to send notices and other disclosures required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications.

We do not bulk email.

Links to Others Websites

The Time Keeper website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies regarding privacy. You should review those policies when visiting the websites. Time Keeper has no responsibility for linked websites and provides these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors.

Notification of Changes

Time Keeper may update this privacy statement from time to time without notice. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this Privacy page. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back periodically.
