These Terms and Conditions set forth the standards of use of the Time Keeper Online Service. By using the Time Keeper website you (the Member) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should immediately cease all use of this website. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Time Keeper website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

CHANGE ORDERS

Any Certificate that has been approved by you on the “View Create Certificate” page and sent to print cannot be altered or changed due to the automated process, which results from the “Buy Now” action. It is connected to the unique certificate number generation, assignment of a unique time moment to each Certificate, making each created Certificate individual. If an alteration request is made before the Certificate has been printed and shipped, we can send you a Duplicate Certificate for an additional half price of the Certificate. For example, you will pay for the Certificate an additional 50% of the new Certificate price plus shipping costs. If the Certificate is already created, printed and shipped, you have to order the Duplicate Certificate for 50% cost of the new Certificate plus all associated expenses (you have to pay for shipping costs twice), no refund will be made. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that correct information is given to Time Keeper to affect the creation of Certificate. Time Keeper will accept no liability for any errors that may have occurred.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times begin ONLY when the following criteria has been met:.

You have created your certificate.
You have viewed, approved your Certificate and clicked the “Buy Now” button.
Your order has been entered, and has been put on hold until the transaction is approved.
After approval, your Certificate will be printed and mailed to you and you will receive an email notification.

All turnaround times are based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding all national and federal holidays. All jobs submitted into production before 6:00pm CST will begin production the following business day.

Time Keeper strives to ship every job on time; however, shipping dates should be considered estimates. Payment confirmation delays, e-checks, currency confirmations etc. may sometimes cause a shipping delay. Cancellation of an order based on turnaround time is permitted ONLY if a Customer Service Supervisor agrees to these terms in writing during order entry.If you have a time sensitive order, please make sure to notify customer service.

REPRINTS

Customers must notify Time Keeper within one business day of order delivery to report any defects discovered in the ordered product. The product should be returned to Time Keeper at the customer's expense within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Should the claim be approved by Time Keeper, a reprint at no cost will be shipped to the customer using the original shipping method.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. On jobs that have been cancelled based on turnaround time, a $10 processing fee will be charged for each job cancellation. On jobs that meet the above criteria, you must contact Time Keeper within 30 days to request your refund. Any refund requests approved after 30 days will be issued as a credit toward the next order. If an order is cancelled after we have sent you a Certificate, no refund is applicable.

SHIPPING

Once a package has been shipped, Time Keeper will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has been shipped. Once again if you have a time sensitive order, please plan your purchase ahead of time and make sure to notify customer service.

Time Keeper cannot be held liable for any late order. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that their orders are placed on time so as to be delivered on the desired date.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

If you use an address with an email filter that requires each sender to fill out a form, you may not receive our automatic notification messages. Time Keeper is not responsible for automated email notifications that are redirected due to a customer's email filter settings. It is the customer's responsibility to check his/her "My account" page or contact a Customer Service Representative for the most current information on their order. Email Notifications are sent in regards to order status changes, Certificate shipment, and order related warnings such as delays.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Time Keeper reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse to print Certificates it deems are obscene or offensive. Time Keeper reserves the right to charge the customer for services rendered up to the point that the job was cancelled.

MODIFICATION AND INTERRUPTION TO SERVICE

Time Keeper reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Time Keeper shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Time Keeper exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Time Keeper does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

PAYMENT METHODS

All international payments issued by Time Keeper shall be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate for US Dollars as determined by the PayPal on the day on which the payment is made in favor of the payee. All prices in US dollars are clearly displayed on the site.

THIRD-PARTY SITES

Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your use of those third-party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all Members to review said privacy policies of third-parties sites.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Member assumes all knowledge of applicable laws and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Member may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

All content included or available on this site, including but not limited to site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements belongs to 2008 Time Keeper, with all rights reserved, or is the property of Time Keeper protected by intellectual property rights. Any use of materials on the website, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or replication, any form of data extraction or data mining, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission of an authorized officer of Time Keeper is strictly prohibited.

OTHER TERMS

If any provision of this Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provisions) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that these Terms and Conditions and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Time Keeper, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting these Terms and Conditions, he/she is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.

Time Keeper cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed transactions caused by the failure of the hosting or PayPal computer or for any other computer or communications fault that may occur in the transaction of this business.

We recommend that customers should print out transaction data and shipping notifications and keep them in an easily accessible place.
